Preventing Climate Burnout

My intent with this workshop is to share some tools and perspectives that can help coaches and their clients prevent and navigate burnout in the face of climate change.

We’ll start with a few warm-up activities, and then explore the general causes and warning signs of climate burnout.

We’ll then explore ideas and a few hands-on practices for preventing burnout, specifically addressing the positive relationship between burnout and building resilience. As time allows (plenty in a 90-minute session), I will facilitate a discussion at the end to help participants integrate ideas into their lives and coaching practices.

The workshop includes multiple activities and opportunities for audience engagement and participation.
