Re-Aligning with Nature: A Transformational Journey for Coaches

Addressing our polycrisis demands a profound shift in our worldview. Coaches have a powerful and unique role to play in shaping the future, one mindset at a time.

This two-hour introductory mini workshop is tailored for coaches curious about or committed to climate-aligned transformation. The same workshop is being run on two different dates to cater for any calendar clashes. You only need to sign up for the day that suits you.

We’ll explore how to shift from the Conventional Paradigm to Nature’s Paradigm and discover how coaching can unlock systems change – for yourself, your practice, and the world.

The mini workshop is a taster for a comprehensive course being run in 2026.   Re-Aligning with Nature: A Transformational Journey for Coaches is an ideal course for executive and group coaches ready to deepen their role in addressing the polycrisis.

Grounded in the Three Horizons model, this four-stage journey explores how shifting from the dominant Conventional Paradigm to Nature’s Paradigm unlocks new ways of thinking, being, and acting – in our own lives and in the lives of our clients. Through systems thinking, personal experimentation, and co-created practice, you’ll discover how to embed regenerative, life-aligned values into your coaching – and become a catalyst for meaningful, systemic change.

Join us on one of the two mini workshop dates and get a feel for what the full course experience will be!

About Denise:

Denise’s background in engineering and love of nature and creative thinking led her to become a pragmatic progressive, a rational radical, perhaps an enigmatic engineer. Her driving aspiration is to help people – all of us – realign with nature and our own human nature to support and serve our world.

Denise works with people to explore nature’s paradigms, principles, and practices to generate the wildly innovative thinking needed to address real and relevant challenges, from the highly technical to the highly personal. Her greatest joy comes from enlightening, empowering, and equipping others so they can use their full creative capacity in making the world a better place.
