Coaching for a Regenerative World: The Story Behind the 12×12 Research Project

On March 5, 2026, Coaching at Work hosted its Climate Action Day 2026 in collaboration with the Climate Coaching Alliance. As part of this special event, the 12×12 research team was interviewed by Liz Hall, editor of Coaching at Work magazine.

In this conversation, Claire d’Aboville, Francesca Smith, and Kat Haber share the story behind the 12×12 research project: how it began, what it seeks to uncover, and why it matters now. They also offer practical insights and reflections for coaches who want to integrate sustainability and regenerative thinking into their practice.
