Resilient Coaching for a Sustainable Future: Strengthening the Foundations of Behavior Change

Climate and sustainability work is demanding—not only for those on the frontlines, but for the coaches who support them. To effectively guide clients in shifting behaviors and mindsets, we must first cultivate our own resilience. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore how resilience – rooted in mindful self-regulation, self-compassion, and psychological flexibility – supports well-being and strengthens our impact as change agents.

You’ll gain practical tools to stay emotionally buoyant, engaged, and adaptive, even amid uncertainty. We’ll explore how modeling resilient leadership can foster intrinsic motivation, clarity, and agency in our clients—key ingredients for lasting behavior change.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a deeper understanding of resilience as a strategic advantage in climate coaching, along with actionable techniques to resource yourself and the people you serve for long-term, sustainable transformation.
