Dear fellow Coaches,

Meet our guest, Eveline Lemke, a former German politician, now consultant and lobbyist. Eveline became Minister for Economic Affairs, Climate Protection, Energy and Regional Planning in 2011, a post she held for five years. She was also the President of Karlshochschule International University, School of Economics.

You are invited to explore and learn from each other how pro-climate policies are implemented and what the role of coaches could be in supporting politicians. How can we expand our understanding of what politicians and change makers expect from coaches? How do those expectations resonate with coaching paradigms?

To make the session interactive and inclusive we will use Liberating Structures as a facilitation approach combined with our coaching values. We will first hear from Eveline about what she is facing today in the context of multi-faceted tensions in relation to climate, eco-systems and social clashes and where and how coaches could support her.

Participants will then be asked to think of their own questions in small groups to pose to Eveline. She will answer as best she can and then ask participants some of her questions.
