Started at the end of 2022 by Stéphane Riot, the NoveTour is a journey of initiation, an outer and inner exploration, punctuated by inspiring connections and encounters, shared experiences to prepare us together for the world to come!

Depuis plus de 20 ans, Stéphane Riot est au service de la transformation des organisations et des individus pour préparer au monde de demain ! Il propose pour cela une approche globale, alliant l'inspiration vers les nouveaux modèles d'organisation qui régénèrent la planète, mais aussi la transformation systémique des équipes et le changement de conscience des dirigeants. Il aime animer des processus inspirants et engageants qui conjuguent la réinvention de nos imaginaires et une nécessaire mutation intérieure. Il est passionné par les neurosciences, les approches cognitives et comportementales, la systémie, la symbolique, l'exploration de la conscience et les dimensions invisibles des organisations. Il intervient en conférences publiques, en entreprises et en grandes écoles sur tous ces sujets.
