How to increase agency for yourself and your clients, students, or employees to take positive action for the climate.

What if leadership wasn’t a position… but the agency to act for change?
Join us for a free interactive workshop with coaches on how to strengthen leadership and agency — for ourselves and our clients — in the face of the climate crisis.

In this small-group experience, you will:
✔ Support yourself (and your clients) in stepping into leadership and agency to address the climate crisis
✔ Explore leadership tools that strengthen emotional resilience and sustainable engagement
✔ Close the knowing–doing gap in leadership practice
✔ Leave with concrete insights you can apply immediately in your coaching

This isn’t a webinar. It’s a human space for reflection, connection, and agency.

Let’s lead… and transform, together.
