Now, more than ever, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are critically important topics. Join this interactive and experiential session to better understand what DEI is, and how we can all help dispel myths that detractors of DEI will want you to believe.

This 90-minute session has a few main objectives.

First, it is designed to provoke deeper insights on DEI.

Second, it seeks to explore the deep connections of DEI and Climate Action. We believe there are strong synergies between the DEI and climate action. Climate Action and DEI are essentially 2 sides of the same precious coin.  Understanding DEI better well help you enhance your impact as a climate coach, so we can ensure a liveable planet for all of us.

Third, we hope to spark conversation around concrete actions to deepen our understanding of DEI and grow our impact as climate coaches. Lastly, we hope to nurture peer networks and strengthen this important community of coaches.
