The unheard voices of African youth in political processes
How can coaching support African Youth as change agents in democratic spaces?
We will hear personal experiences from youth involved in political processes in Uganda and South Sudan. How can coaching approaches support positive change on a continent where young people’s voices and issues are underrepresented? With an average age of 19 years, Africa has the youngest population globally (Europe has an average of 43 years). Given the polycrisis, what is the role of coaching to support leadership for the future?
This is part of the Climate Coaching Alliance’s Collaboration Conversations – co-hosted by the CCA’s Africa Chapter and its Political Pod.
