How can the power of meditation help people resolve conflicts that arise in the face of the Climate Crisis?

Climate coaches are partner to leaders who is taking charge of sustainability initiatives and actions. At climate challenge, leaders naturally encounter conflicts with nature, people, and themselves. We as climate coaches contribute them by providing deep and eye-opening questions in order to make positive shift in their awareness.

What benefits of meditation can we incorporate into our coaching so that we can create true transformation?

This time, we will invite Sister Aruna, who has been meditating for 37 years at Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University in India, the home of meditation, to explore what tips we can glean from true meditation for use in coaching for conflict resolution.

At the workshop you will learn, through the eye of Raja Yoga(*) meditation:

?how to manage anger

?practical conflict resolution skills

(*)Raja Yoga meditation is a form of meditation that is accessible to people of all backgrounds. It is a meditation without rituals or mantras and can be practiced anywhere at any time with ‘open eyes’, which makes this method of meditation versatile, simple and easy to practice.
