Nature and Earth Connected Coaching: Let the evidence base inspire your coaching practice

Many coaching practitioners are calling for the evolution of coaching. The world is changing and coaches, just like the leaders they work with, are being asked to coach differently. We can no longer focus on an individual client or clients without recognising the complexities of the interdependent relationship that exists between all life in Earth. The very future of humanity is at stake.

Nature connection is a subjective sense of feeling part of the natural world. Earth connection, a new emerging research field, is a subjective sense of feeling part of the Earth itself. This connection helps individuals gain a clearer sense of who they are and connects them to a divine cycle of life.

Brought into the coaching space, both can help our clients’ sense, respond and adapt to the changing world around them while increasing their capacity for resilience and growth. They can enhance creativity, improve decision making and help our clients innovate towards the creation of a world where people, communities and businesses thrive in harmony with nature.

In this live and interactive web event, you’ll discover:

• How the existing evidence base on nature connection and Earth connection can help us coach more effectively with nature – even when your clients can’t get outside

• The NatureConnected Framework for Coaching and how it helps you weave nature effortlessly into every coaching conversation you have

• How you can start deepening your own nature and Earth connection as part of your own coaching practice
