Often our clients come to us with strong emotions.  In those moments, what they need from us is not our tools or our skills, but our presence.  We cannot ‘fix’ our clients, or ‘manage’ or ‘deal with’ the emotions that they are experiencing.  What we can do is to ensure that we bring our own well-regulated energy to the coaching, in service our clients’ exploration of what is hard to be with. And we as climate-conscious coaches can also experience strong emotions when working with clients who appear to be uninterested in, or disengaged with, issues that we care care deeply about. How can we as coaches ‘manage’ our own strong feelings and also bring greater eco/systemic awareness into our conversations with these clients.

Join us for some grounding practices which will support you and also as you are supporting your clients.
