At this Nature Pod learning event led by Lizzi Larbalestier, Blue Health Coach, we will explore the nature of waves, attuning our senses to the analogue world and finding a confluence between quantum physics and poetry.

We will discuss how water’s approach to self expression, informs our sense of self and sense of place.

And contemplate the practicalities of dynamic equilibrium and what this means for us as coaches.

No pre work – show up as you are.
