Exploring the Eco-Phase Cycle: A Peer Coaching Series hosted by CCA Nordics
“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” – Jane Goodall, 2017
This peer coaching series is inspired by the CCA book “Ecological and Climate Conscious Coaching: A Companion Guide to Evolving Coaching Practice” edited by Alison Whybrow, Eve Turner, Dr Josie McLean, with Professor Peter Hawkins. Featuring contributions from David Drake and Zoe Cohen and global practitioners.
Beginning in March 2026 with Eco-Awakening, our peer coaching journey through the 5-stage Eco-phase** cycle comes to a close with our final session on becoming Eco-Active.
Please join us as we explore the inquiry:
“What can each of us both individually and collectively, do in and beyond our coaching work, in every aspect of our lives, that will make a net-positive difference?”  (p. 205)
Session flow:
10 min – Grounding & Intro to Becoming Eco-Active
20 min – Peer Coaching (Round 1)
20 min – Peer Coaching (Round 2)
10 min – Reflections
*Developed by Professor Peter Hawkins and Renewal Associates with the Climate Coaching Alliance. More information can be found in the book
