This session is informative and experiential. The workshop is designed to support participants to deepen their intuitive connection and confidence in their innate gut wisdom.

– We will explore the role of a diverse gut microbiome in human health and well-being.

– Examining connections between the loss of inner microbial diversity and the loss of outer biodiversity in our wider planetary ecosystem.

– The session will be grounded in breathwork, self-compassion, and a re-imagining of ways of supporting the diverse inner ecosystem of our gut microbiome.

This interactive session aims to inspire simple sustainable change.

Cara is an educator, Hay House author, and accredited coach whose work integrates the core insights of self-compassion in holistic health. Cara is the founder of The Mindful Gut and works to support deepening insights into how our collective food choices shape both our inner and outer ecosystem. She shares insights into how changing our food choices changes our world.
