Rok 2022 przyniós? nam wiele wyzwa?, unaoczni? kryzysy, przed którymi czasami chcia?oby si? uciec, zamkn?? oczy, przesta? s?ysze?. Te naturalne odruchy nie zmieni? jednak faktu wp?ywu tych wyzwa? – ?wiata BANI (Brittle, (kruchy), Anxious, (niespokojny), Non-linear (nieliniowy), Incomprehensible (niezrozumia?y)) – na nas i naszych klientów (por. Join us for the last meeting of the Polish-speaking CCA Community this year.

The year in 2022 brought us many challenges, revealed crises that we would sometimes like to run away from, close our eyes upon and stop hearing. However, these natural responses – the BANI world (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible) – will not change the impact of those challenges on us and our clients (cf. Schubert-Panecka 2022). During this last meeting this year, we will invite you to reflect in the structure of the “Thinking Environment” by Nancy Kline. Let yourself be surprised how its quality can shine a light in the face of the above-mentioned challenges.
